Involved students and alumni had many rounds of discussion about what the Foundation should look like. Over the course of several weeks, the result of these discussions was the final draft of the Articles. This step has been completed.

The
key document to any corporation is its Articles of Incorporation. Similar
to a Constitution, the Articles lay out the framework of the Foundation and
establish its purpose, direction, essential rules and policy and its leaders.
